iRazzh is a marketplace built on the value of authentic creativity. We protect our own intellectual property firmly, and we take the same position with every brand, designer, vendor, and third-party whose work appears on our platform.
This Intellectual Property Policy explains how iRazzh's own intellectual property is protected, what every seller on the platform is required to do to respect the rights of others, and how rights holders can report infringement.
Any violation is logged in the vendor's compliance score and affects platform ranking or commission rate per iRazzh's published schedule.
All content, branding, technology, and data on the iRazzh platform, including the iRazzh name, mark, and logo, the user interface design, software architecture, editorial content, data compilations, and proprietary algorithms, is the exclusive intellectual property of iRazzh, protected under Saudi intellectual property law and the international conventions to which the Kingdom is a party, including the Berne Convention and the Paris Convention.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or commercial exploitation of iRazzh's intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may give rise to civil liability and, in serious cases, criminal liability under applicable Saudi law.
Every seller registered on iRazzh agrees, as a condition of using the platform, to:
Failure to comply with any of these obligations is a breach of the Vendor Agreement. Violations are logged to the seller's compliance score and affect platform ranking and commission rate per iRazzh's published schedule. iRazzh reserves the right to suspend or remove a vendor for repeated violations, without compensation, and may expose the seller to direct civil or criminal liability under Saudi intellectual property law.
Rights holders who believe their intellectual property is being infringed by a listing on the iRazzh platform may submit a formal takedown notice to ip@iRazzh.com.
To be processed, an actionable notice must include:
Our response timeline:
| Stage | Timeline |
| Acknowledgement of receipt | Within 2-5 business days |
| Initial review and action | Within 5-7 business days |
Where a takedown notice is upheld, iRazzh will remove the listing in question and take appropriate action against the seller in accordance with Section 2. Where iRazzh determines that a notice is incomplete, unsubstantiated, or made in bad faith, the notice will be declined and the rights holder notified of the outcome.
A seller whose listing has been removed following a takedown notice may submit a counter-notice to ip@iRazzh.com, providing evidence that the listed product or content does not infringe the rights asserted, such as a valid license, distribution agreement, or proof of original authorship.
iRazzh will review any counter-notice received and may reinstate the listing where sufficient evidence is provided.
iRazzh reserves the right to keep a listing removed or to refer the matter for further review, where the dispute cannot be resolved on the basis of the evidence submitted by either party.
iRazzh maintains a record of confirmed infringement findings against each seller account. A seller found to be the subject of repeated, confirmed infringement findings may face escalating consequences, including the permanent removal of affected listings, suspension of the seller's account, or termination, applied cumulatively or simultaneously as appropriate.
In addition to iRazzh's internal notice and takedown process, rights holders retain the right to report suspected intellectual property infringement directly to the Saudi Authority for Intellectual Property (SAIP), the Kingdom's primary regulatory authority for intellectual property matters, through:
iRazzh cooperates fully with SAIP and other competent Saudi authorities in connection with any investigation or enforcement action relating to intellectual property rights on the platform.
iRazzh operates as a marketplace facilitator. Each seller is independently responsible for ensuring that the products and content they list do not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.
iRazzh does not pre-verify the intellectual property ownership or licensing status of every listing before publication, consistent with the general absence of a platform-wide due diligence obligation under Saudi e-commerce regulation, and accordingly does not warrant that any specific listing is free of infringement.
iRazzh's role is limited to operating the notice and takedown process described in this policy, enforcing seller obligations under Section 2, and cooperating with rights holders and the relevant Saudi authorities.
To the maximum extent permitted under Saudi law, iRazzh shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from a seller's infringement of a third party's intellectual property rights, except to the extent iRazzh fails to act on a valid, properly substantiated takedown notice within the timelines set out in Section 3.
